Our Boxing Gym is located in the West University neighborhood in Houston, Texas and we provide cross-fit boxing. We’re really fond of the art of boxing, our highly qualified coaches, and the experience and skill of professional boxing champions. Lastly, we really care about building confidence, self-worth, and a better life for every individual that walks through our gym.

Fight-Fit-Box

FOURTY FIVE MINUTES

This class is designed from real fighters training sessions. Fighters use a mix of endurance, strength, balance, and explosive movements. We make this class a fun atmosphere, and all levels are welcome. Coaches can modify each workout as necessary.

The 45-minute workout will consist of seven minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, three-minute rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and seven minutes of HIIT/functional fitness exercises. You can burn up to 800 calories in one session!

Train Like a Pro

SIXTY MINUTES

Training like a professional boxer is about structure, discipline, and a bit of versatility. Train like a pro boxing class is a 60-minute workout based on reaction times in boxing. This class is taught by our very own Heavy-Weight Champion Lou Savarese. Learn the art of shadow boxing, head and footwork movements, bag work, pad work, and end with a great ab session.

The 60-minute workout will consist of 15-minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, eight three-minute rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and 15-minutes of core/stretch exercises. Enjoy a hardcore workout that prepares you to train like a pro and jump into the world of fighting.

Kickboxing Class

FOURTY FIVE MINUTES

Coaches will lead you through a non-contact strength and conditioning class that incorporates bag work, punches, kicks, knee and elbow strikes.

The 45-minute workout will consist of seven minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, eight three-minute kickboxing rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and seven minutes of HIIT/functional fitness exercises.

Youth Fight Fit

FOURTY FIVE MINUTES AGES FIVE-ELEVEN

This is a functional training class with a combination of boxing. This class is modeled after real fighter training sessions. Fighters use a mix of endurance, strength, balance, and explosive movements. We make this class a fun atmosphere, and all levels are welcome and encouraged. Coaches can modify each workout as necessary.

Semi Private Training

FIFTY MINUTES WITH A PRO

Bring a friend and share the sweat in a private training session focusing on boxing, strength, and conditioning. You’ll both get personal attention to your boxing technique and gain knowledge from a pro. Don’t feel safe coming into the gym yet? Consider our new in-home training program. Our in-home classes have limited availability, meaning it’s crucial to secure a spot now!

Signature Boxing

SIXTY MINUTES

Signature Boxing is a class 100% focused on getting you better at boxing. This class is a cardiovascular workout with defensive drills, dutch drills, footwork techniques, abdominal exercises, and concentrating on bodyweight strength and toning the entire body. With this class, you’ll burn up to 1,100 calories in one session.

The 60-minute workout will consist of: 15-minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, eight three-minute rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and 15-minutes of core/stretch exercises. Get started with a workout that teaches you the ins and outs of boxing!

Warrior Class

SIXTY MINUTES

An athletic circuit training class with a variation of curated workouts designed by our fighters that use plyometric and explosive movements to build muscle and push you into a fat-burning zone. The warrior class is an excellent strength & conditioning class to add to your boxing regimen. 

Our 60-minute workout will consist of a 15-minute warm-up, 30-minutes of full-body functional training circuit, and 15-minutes of recovery and cool down. Burn up to 600 calories in one session when you get started with the warrior class.

Youth Signature Boxing

SIXTY MINUTES AGES TWELVE-FIFTEEN

This class 100% focused on getting you better at boxing—a cardiovascular workout with defensive drills, footwork, boxing stance, building combos, and technique. You’ll build stamina, strength & endurance using bodyweight, toning the entire body. We recommend youth signature boxing for beginners.

A 60-minute workout will consist of 15-minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, eight 3- three-minute rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and 15-minutes of core/stretch exercises. Get started with a workout that genuinely targets every area of the body and is tailored for teenagers.

Private Training

FIFTY MINUTES WITH A PRO

Our private training gives you 50-minutes with a pro! Level up your fitness game with a one on one personal training session. Our studio is decked out with weights and sports performance equipment to help you reach your boxing and fitness goals.
