This class is designed from real fighters training sessions. Fighters use a mix of endurance, strength, balance, & and explosive movements. We make this class a fun atmosphere, and all levels are welcome. Coaches can modify each workout for you as necessary.
The 45-minute workout will consist of seven minutes of cardio and bodyweight exercises, three-minute rounds on the heavy bag, 45 seconds of rest between each round, and seven minutes of HIIT/functional fitness exercises. You can burn up to 800 calories in one session!
