An athletic circuit training class with a variation of curated workouts designed by our fighters that use plyometric and explosive movements to build muscle and push you into a fat-burning zone. The warrior class is an excellent strength & conditioning class to add to your boxing regimen.
Our 60-minute workout will consist of a 15-minute warm-up, 30-minutes of full-body functional training circuit, and 15-minutes of recovery and cool down. Burn up to 600 calories in one session when you get started with the warrior class.
