No experience is necessary. Classes are created for all fitness and boxing levels. The course can be modified and taken at your own pace, so you can always turn the heat down (or up!)

The best part about our workouts is that each one is designed by boxers and fighters. You get carefully created classes designed by professionals who thoroughly understand your body and how to help you get the most out of your workout.
Savarese Fight Fit also monitors your heart rate, effort, and amount of calories burned using the MyZone system.
Pro Tips for a Pro Workout
We care about your wrists. You will need to purchase a pair of wraps and wrap your wrist before the start of class. Give yourself at least 10 minutes!
On that note, don’t be late! Our classes start and finish on time, but we understand that Houston happens. Our Fight Fit classes can accommodate late arrivals UNTIL the warm-up concludes. The warm-up runs SIX-Fifteen (6-15) minutes. When the door shuts, the boxing class is closed. What happens if I am late, you ask? You can hop into a Pads and Bags session if there is availability.
Fight Fit follows a set format. Warm Up, Boxing and Body Work, Finisher, and Cool Down. Each one of our classes gives you incredible benefits, too. Take advantage of our classes and enjoy:
