Youth Fight Fit -
For kids Ages: 5-11
This is a functional training class with a combination of boxing.
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.
The best thing we can do is make them strong.
This class is modeled after real fighter training sessions. Fighters use a mix of endurance, strength, balance, and explosive movements. We make this class a fun atmosphere, and all levels are welcome and encouraged. Coaches can modify each workout as necessary.
Boxing trainers are constantly encouraging our fighters and giving them positive affirmations. We are committed to pushing your child to be the best they can be. Simply ensuring a kid that we believe in them is the motivation they need and what they will receive when they step into the gym.
Burn Off That Extra Energy
We love em but let's be honest...sometimes it seems as if they never run out of energy. This is a place where your child can come, run around, be social, and let out that last bit of energy before hitting the hay!
Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.
Healthy Habits for Life
Our classes help kids develop an excercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.
Leadership and Teamwork
Group classes teach teamwork. Youth boxing teachs kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.
